Everyone is returning from vacation and it is time to head back to school. While it is important to try and stay healthy throughout the whole year, the stress and change in pace coming back from the holidays can make it hard to stay in routine. From packing healthy lunches to fitting in family physical activities, keep in mind the below tips to help you and your family stay on the right track!

Start the Day Right

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It kickstarts your metabolism and allows you to have energy stored for the day.
