Everything about the night was just lovely, from drinks & apps, to speaking with the Eckhouses on founding La Quercia. It was a unique opportunity to have them dine with us, flying in from Iowa, as they got to see how Post 390 used their product, and in turn we got to hear first hand about what drives them to do what they do.

You will find some of the dishes in the Farm to Post menu and variations of other dishes on the main menu. It was evident that they were committed to exceptional quality and partnered with producers who value their products the same way they do. Be sure to try the seasonal menu, as their Farm to Post incorporations change bi-monthly. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
